This is where you can find our frequently asked questions. Every day, our reps are happy to answer every one of our potential (and current) client's questions. However, we understand that providing as much information as we possibly can here, on our website, is often advantageous to both you and us. For that reason, we've included the most commonly encountered questions for you to look through if you happen to have questions of your own.
How long do I need to rent a vehicle for?
Most trips are 6 hours but we sometimes make an exception for weddings or day trips for a custom package.
How much do you require me to put down to make a reservation?
There is a minimum of $200 with a credit or debit card to make a reservation. It might vary depending on certain situations.
Can I smoke in the vehicle? What about drugs?
All of our vehicles are 100% smoke-free. The first warning can be counted as a warning and a $100 charge, and the second can result in your trip being ended. Illegal drugs are not allowed at all.
Can we drink in the vehicle?
You may drink as long as anyone drinking is of legal age. We do not cater to or allow any underage drinking. If there are those under 21 years of age drinking alcohol, the ride may be terminated.
Where will the bus take us? Is there any limits?
If it fits into your time frame, the bus will take you anywhere that you would like to go. You can get a bus for 6 hours and drive 3 hours one way and turn around and come back. Or you can make 50 stops. There is no limit on what you can do with your bus.
When do you start the clock charging us? Do we get charged in between stops?
Your time starts when we arrive at your scheduled pickup, and it stops at your last dropoff. We do not offer split trips or pickup/dropoff service.
Do you match pricing?
Since there are no identical companies in the area that offer the same service as us and provide the same vehicles as us, we are unable to match pricing.
Does the chauffeur know where to take me?
When booking, we recommend that you know where you want to go so the chauffeur can map everything out ahead of time. You can change your trip as you go, but we can not guarantee the driver will have the address. The chauffeur maps the route before your run so having all the addresses will ensure that they will know where they are going the best. What if I leave something on the bus?
We are not responsible for your belongings, but if you think you left something, give us a call, and we can check our lost and found.
What do I get on the bus?
We provide ice for your drinks, cups for your drinks, and paper towels in case you spill or need to clean something up.
Can the reservation be canceled?
Once you have paid your deposit, you cannot cancel. You will have to pay the full amount you agreed upon even if you don't use the service. You cannot change the date of your reservation. The only thing you might be able to do, depending on availability, is upgrade/downgrade your vehicle or move your time earlier/later.
